Welcome to Ocean Playground Cottages, nestled in a secluded environment with private, deep water oceanfront close to Musquodoboit
Harbour in Nova Scotia, Canada. It is breathtakingly beautiful, quiet and serene.
This uniquely designed cottage can sleep four people which can be split into two private sections, the sandstone and the marble
rooms, each sleeping two people. With 1,000 square feet, it is very comfortable, roomy and modern with many great conveniences.
Designed for the environmentally sensitive person, these units are made with the most natural, non-reactive materials.
The two sections are separated by a common sitting/dining area with a great view of the ocean. Laundry facilities are provided
and both units have patio doors opening onto a large deck overlooking a garden labryrinth. Enjoy our old growth forest and
the beautiful ocean, perfect for watching osprey, eagles, and many other types of birds as well as deer, fox and other wildlife.
Star gazing at night or wandering through the woods and down to the ocean, you will be transported to a world away from all
worries.
While seclusion is guaranteed, amenities are close by, with a small shopping mall and great local dining (lobster, fish, mussels,
scallops, etc.) just a five-minute car ride away. Halifax/Dartmouth is approximately 45 minutes away, offering fine dining
and many exciting entertainment possibilities, and a drive along Marine Drive that offers absolutely breathtaking views of
Nova Scotia's lakes and oceanfront.
The marina offers water access for canoes and kayaks with a new mooring planned for sailing enthusiasts.
